Form N-8F Filings
SEC Form N-8F is an application used by certain registered investment companies to request an SEC order declaring that they have ceased to be investment companies or have become business development companies. It is filed under Section 8(f) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and Rule 8f-1 when a fund is seeking deregistration.
